Since its inception in 2009, Silver Fern Education Consultants has assisted more than 24000 students in their study abroad dreams. Silver Fern Education Consultants shares a highly special relationship with St. John’s High School Chandigarh. Both the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Silver Fern Education Consultants are alumni of St. John’s High School, Chandigarh. The John’s MUN is a medium for Silver Fern Education Consultants to give back to St. John’s High School, Chandigarh.

In each edition of The John’s Model United Nations, Silver Fern Education Consultants stood by the school as a strong force in the name of the knowledge partner to make each edition a great success. St. John’s High School and Silver Fern Education Consultants together have produced three enormously successful editions of The John’s MUN in 2021, 2022 and 2023. Now, both have collaborated again to make The John’s MUN 2024 North India’s biggest Model United Nations Conference.

Located in the beautiful city of Chandigarh, St. John’s High School is one of the first schools in the city. To be precise, the school was founded in the early 1960s and since then the school’s legacy has only been enriched year after year. Speaking of its legacy, St. John’s High School ranks among the top twenty schools in the country.

St. John’s High School is an all-boys, English Medium, unaided Catholic Minority Institution affiliated with CBSE since 1990. The school endeavors to ensure inclusive education that empowers every student to become a holistic leader in the truest sense. From state-of-the-art sporting facilities, special education programs, and museums to multifarious student clubs, the cultural elements of wholesome education at St. John’s High School are exemplary.

At St. John’s High School, from the Science Club, Robotics Club, MUN Club and Photography Club to the Chef’s Club, students get to choose from a broad spectrum of extracurricular establishments to choose from so that they can pursue their passions wholeheartedly. Moreover, the school hosts various interschool events and competitions throughout the year wherein it hosts students from all parts of the country. The John’s MUN is one of those celebrated events hosted by St. John’s High School, Chandigarh.

Lastly, The school takes pride in the fact that its Indradhanush Programme has been a great success in integrating students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds into mainstream education at the School. This programme is a testament to the school’s commitment to making a positive difference in society.

Let us walk you through all the partners that added immense value in the previous editions of The John’s MUN.

The University of Windsor

The University of Windsor stood with The John’s MUN as a major driving force for both the 2021 and 2022 editions. The support extended by the University of Windsor made these previous editions of The John’s MUN truly international. Located in Windsor, Ontario, the University of Windsor is among the leading institutions in Canada. The University offers a broad spectrum of undergraduate and postgraduate programs ranging from law, business, engineering and social work to nursing. The institute offers a homogeneous, inclusive and conducive environment for students to pursue their academic and career dreams.

SJOBA

The St. John’s Old Boys Association, often abbreviated as SJOBA is always up for facilitating conducive events and competitions in the school with the idea of giving back to their Alma Marter. SJOBA has supported The John’s MUN relentlessly in both tangible and intangible ways. A 3700-member-strong organization, SJOBA came into existence about 45 years ago. The interpersonal relationships that SJOBA members share and the St. John’s High School are exemplary in every sense and reflect what it actually means to love your Alma Marter. One thing that St. John’s High School and The John’s MUN can always be sure of is that SJOBA’s support is for granted.

CLAT Possible

CLAT possible was one of the key partners for The John’s MUN 2022. Primarily a CLAT coaching institution, CLAT Possible is committed to the overall development of students so that they can own the future as competent leaders. CLAT Possible offers personalized coaching for CLAT and CUET from a highly accomplished faculty that is committed to guiding students to competitive success. Present in more than 10 cities across India, CLAT Possible is changing the game quite tremendously for students aiming for the stars.

The John's MUN is the annual Model United Nations of St. John's High School, Chandigarh. The saga started in 2021 with a virtual edition and since then, it has been a legacy to reckon with.
